Kill them with Kindness!

Be Kind AF!

Kindness is an equipment that you need to possess to conquer life. Conquering life doesn't is not the same as conquering a kingdom. If you want to conquer a kingdom, you would need a mighty army, equipped with the most powerful weapons of the world, elephants, horses and an extraordinary strategy. To conquer life, you don't need all of the above, you simply need to be kind! Kindness can take you from 0 to infinity and beyond!!

What I mean when I say 'Be Kind' is that whenever you are in a situation that is not under your control or did not turn out the way you wanted it, you need to handle it with kindness. Be polite and calm while dealing with it. This statement is just quite random and meaningless, right?

Let me share my own experience of being in a sticky situation. At our college, we had a competition for the first year students which involved 4 rounds. Management quiz, Finance, Marketing and a suspense round. It required us to participate in pairs. Me and my buddy Rishi were partners. Long story short, we passed all the three rounds and were preparing for the suspense round. We were given a product ( Hajmola 😂) , we had to prepare an Advertisement on that product and perform it in front of the judges. As a part of the suspense round, we were blindfolded and taken to a dark room which was lighted by just the blinking phone lights which was distracting as hell. The dark room had an audience yelling at the top of their voices, the judges who were short tempered and a couple of students right beside the

stage, disturbing us with the blinking phone lights. In all that disturbance, we were required to perform our Advertisement, without being disturbed or annoyed by the distractions. We started out well when suddenly someone from the audience started yelling ' Losers!!'. One of the judges started shooting questions at us about our product. He wasn't giving us the time to answer. But later on we answered all of their questions politely by saying that, 'We will answer all of your questions sir. Please give us an opportunity to speak'. The other judge started mocking our advertisement saying that our standards had fallen to the floor. All we did was.....apologise. We said that we were sorry that we couldn't meet their expectations and had given our best to prove ourselves. Then the judges stopped us and said that we were amazing and scored high points in the final round. The main objective of the final round was to not lose our cool. We had to remain calm and perform without getting distracted or agitated.

All this kindness paid off as we stood 2nd in the competition.

So when we could win the competition with some kindness, imagine what that kindness would do if we apply it in this cruel, ruthless world. This cruel world lacks that kindness. That kindness is what an Amitastic person has. Apply that kindness in your life and conquer it!!
