You guys need to train your brain. Train it to listen to you! The brain, or the mind is our biggest asset and also our biggest obstacle. It is the most important equipment we have, but completely useless if we don't know how to use it. You need master it. To do so, don't just embark on this journey alone, get your brain along with you. To lead an Amitastic way of life, you gotta train that sucker brain!
Are you ready to lead an Amitastic life?

Here we go!!!!!
- Life is a Video Game
I am sitting on the couch, in my sweatshirt and bike shorts and sweating like I am in a volcano. I look at the obstacles ahead of me and devise 2 solutions:
- Dodge the spaceship coming at me and move ahead.
- Start firing at it, hoping that it would explode.
This is my situation while I play 'Space Shooter' on a sunday afternoon. No matter which solution I choose, that enemy spaceship is just gonna stay there. Firm and Intact. The only thing I can control is my spaceship.
When we speak about video games, they have a lot of similarities with real life. As and when you complete a level, you enter a new level with a little increase in difficulty. You encounter new enemies, gain new powers and lose a few powers. The game gets harder and harder, but that's not a problem, coz you get smarter and smarter. You gain skills. And the most important thing to remember while playing video games is that you get to control only the character, not the enemy or the surroundings. It is your job to navigate your character through difficult situations.
That is just the way how you should view life. You need to understand that in life, there are n number of things that are not under your control and it is completely pointless to get angry, or frustrated or feel completely powerless since you cannot control the other person. That doesn't make you powerless,it just means that you gotta exercise your power in a different way. If you cannot control a person, then control your reaction towards them. Similarly, if you cannot control a situation, then be prepared for it.
I have faced situations like these a lot of times. People promise to do certain things which we are supposed to do as a team, they skip it, or don't do it correctly and if I get frustrated,I won't be able to give my best and as a team, we all would fail. So me being an Amitastic person, I would simply brush it off and give my best, coz I can't control the other team mates, or my surroundings. I can control only Amit, that's me.
When you play a video game and lose because you realize that you were looking at the wrong part of the screen the whole time, you are so damn confused! That's because you were controlling the wrong character, which is similar to controlling the other person in real life. We are so caught up in controlling other people's lives that we forget to focus on ourselves. So, the best way to reach the final round and kill the boss is by focusing on controlling your character, rather than the enemy.
Shoot! The Boss Spaceship killed me!
BYE!!!
Great Work Brother 😁🤟
